These Terms of Service govern communications and services provided by Nemo Exterior Cleaners LLC, doing business as Shine Squad (“Shine Squad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting an estimate, scheduling service, submitting information through our website, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to these terms.
Customer Communications
Shine Squad uses Jobber, a third-party customer-management platform, to help manage estimates, scheduling, appointments, customer communications, invoices, and payments. We may also communicate with customers through our business telephone number, email address, and authorized personal cell phones used by Shine Squad team members.
By providing your telephone number or email address, you agree that Shine Squad may contact you regarding:
Estimate requests and follow-ups
Appointment confirmations and reminders
Scheduling changes
Service updates
On-the-way notifications
Quotes, invoices, receipts, and payment reminders
Customer-support matters
Review or feedback requests
Occasional promotions and information about our services
Some messages may be sent automatically through Jobber, while others may be sent directly by a Shine Squad representative.
Text Messaging Terms
By providing your mobile telephone number and consenting to receive text messages, you authorize Shine Squad to send text messages to that number for the purposes described above.
Message frequency will vary depending on how often you request or receive services and how frequently communication is needed regarding your account or appointments. Message and data rates may apply according to the terms of your wireless plan.
Consent to receive promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing services from Shine Squad.
Mobile information and text-message consent records will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with service providers, such as Jobber and telecommunications providers, only as necessary to deliver messages and operate our business.
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting Out of Text Messages
You may opt out of text messages at any time by:

Following the opt-out instructions included in an automated message

After opting out, you may receive one final message confirming your request. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you through other methods when reasonably necessary to provide requested services, respond to you, collect an outstanding balance, or comply with the law.

Estimates, Scheduling, and Services
Submitting a service request does not guarantee an appointment. Services are subject to availability, property conditions, weather, access, and our acceptance of the requested work.
Estimates are based on the information available when they are prepared. The price or scope of work may change if actual conditions differ from the information provided, if additional work is requested, or if conditions affecting safety or access are discovered.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, property, and scheduling information and for providing reasonable access to the areas where services will be performed.
Payments
Customers agree to pay all approved charges for services provided by Shine Squad. Payment terms and due dates may be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, or service agreement.
Payments may be processed by Jobber or another third-party payment processor. Use of third-party services may also be governed by the terms and privacy policies of those providers.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, communication systems, forms, payment links, or customer portal. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with their operation, submit fraudulent information, or use them for unlawful purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shine Squad will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or communication services, including delayed or undelivered emails or text messages.
Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.

Our collection, use, and protection of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
